Sourcing is done through Internal & External sources like training centers, referrals, transfers, Advertisement etc.

Initial Screening

Basic Interview

Interview process takes place at our recruitment cell which include work experience, height, weight check, trainings.

Verification done internal as well as through external agency which include education check, criminal check, past work records check, address check, court checks etc.

Background Check

Medical Check

Medical Check is done as per Govt. Guidelines / PSARA. Specific medical check can be done on need basis.
